Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cooked rice or quinoa, diced onion, garlic powder, black pepper, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
