Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on an oven-safe serving dish or a small cast-iron skillet.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the brie, making sure to cover it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and fresh rosemary over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle salt over the assembled ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
