Deliciously Creamy Baked Brie in a Bowl Recipe

Baked Brie in a Bowl made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large wheel of brie about 14 ounces
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie on an oven-safe serving dish or a small cast-iron skillet.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top of the brie, making sure to cover it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and fresh rosemary over the top of the brie.
  5. Sprinkle salt over the assembled ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
