Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly.
  3. Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
  4. Transfer the chickpeas to a mixing bowl and add olive oil and seasonings.
  5. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven when golden brown and crispy, then let cool.
  8. Store in an airtight container if not consumed right away.
