- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly.
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a mixing bowl and add olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven when golden brown and crispy, then let cool.
- Store in an airtight container if not consumed right away.
