Deliciously Crunchy Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wraps

Crunchy Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: lettuce tomatoes, ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat and evenly distribute the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
  5. Spray the outside of the wraps lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is space between each wrap.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before slicing.
  9. Serve with optional toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
