Deliciously Flavorful Spinach Balls for Any Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using fresh spinach, blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and chop finely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Shape the mixture into approximately 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
  6. Allow the spinach balls to cool for a few minutes before serving.
