If using fresh spinach, blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and chop finely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Shape the mixture into approximately 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
Allow the spinach balls to cool for a few minutes before serving.
