Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the pastry into squares, about 3x3 inches in size.
In a bowl, combine diced pepperoni, crumbled sausage, mozzarella, pizza sauce, oregano, and garlic powder.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket and press to seal.
Brush the top of each puff with beaten egg.
Place the sealed puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
