Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the marinade generously over each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with your choice of sides, garnished with extra lemon and dill if desired.
