Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- Toss the fries in olive oil and salt.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake fries for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- While the fries are baking, prepare your chili if not already done.
- Remove the fries when golden brown and crispy.
- Layer the fries on a serving dish and top with chili and cheese.
- Add sour cream and chopped green onions on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
