Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked chili
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. Toss the fries in olive oil and salt.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake fries for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. While the fries are baking, prepare your chili if not already done.
  7. Remove the fries when golden brown and crispy.
  8. Layer the fries on a serving dish and top with chili and cheese.
  9. Add sour cream and chopped green onions on top.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
