Deliciously Simple Cheeseburger Sliders for Everyone

Easy Cheeseburger Sliders made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Slider buns 12 count
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Toppings lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter, to fit the slider buns.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. During the last few minutes of baking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  7. Remove the patties from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun and topping with your favorite condiments and vegetables.
