Combine the cheeses and taco seasoning in a bowl.
Warm tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat or set up an air fryer.
Fry the crispitos in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the crispitos and let them drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately with sour cream or salsa on the side for dipping.
