Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles chopped
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns.
  2. Season the cooked beef with salt and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Prepare the bowl by layering shredded lettuce at the bottom.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the lettuce in an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle diced tomatoes over the beef layer evenly.
  6. Add chopped pickles, followed by shredded cheddar cheese, to the bowl.
  7. Top everything with diced onions for a finishing crunch.
  8. Drizzle your favorite Thousand Island dressing over the entire bowl before serving.
