Deliciously Spicy Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying or baking

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil for frying.
  2. Prepare jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet or in frying oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or fry until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven or oil and let cool slightly before serving.
