Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the maple glaze mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
  6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
