- Stir in the milk and melted butter until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.

- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cocoa powder together, then sprinkle over the batter evenly.
- Pour hot water over the entire dish without stirring.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set.
