Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked broccoli, ricotta cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Spread ¾ cup marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Take a lasagna noodle and spread a few tablespoons of the broccoli filling along its length. Roll the noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
Repeat the filling and rolling process with the remaining noodles and filling. Place all roll ups in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll ups, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Allow the roll ups to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
