Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh crab meat
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs parsley or dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread an even layer of crab filling over the tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  5. Cut the roll-up into bite-sized pieces.
