  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 package 1.75 oz fruit pectin
  • 5 cups granulated sugar

Method
 

  1. Gather and prepare the dandelion flowers
  2. Make the dandelion infusion
  3. Strain the infusion
  4. Combine the infusion, lemon juice, and pectin
  5. Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil
  6. Test for the jelly's consistency
  7. Pour into sterilized jars
  8. Seal and process the jars
  9. Cool and store the jelly
