Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare your pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sugar over medium heat.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and eggnog; bring to a boil.
  4. Continue boiling for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate, spices, and vanilla.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Cool the fudge at room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
