Method
- Prepare the filling ingredients.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper until tender.
- Add the chicken to the pan and mix.
- Place one tortilla in the pan and layer half of the cheese on top.
- Spread the filling mixture evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining cheese and cover with a second tortilla.
- Cook on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and use a heart-shaped cutter.
