Method
- Combine the peanut butter and honey in a mixing bowl.

- Stir in the oats until thoroughly combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and shape them into cookies.
- Refrigerate the shaped cookies for at least 30 minutes to set.
