Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  7. Lay the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy.
