Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Eggroll wrappers 10 count
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling by cooking the beef and bacon together in a skillet.
  2. Add coleslaw mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Set up a frying station with wrappers and oil in a pot.
  5. Spoon the filling onto the center of each wrapper, then roll and seal.
  6. Fry eggrolls in batches until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
