  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring optional
  • Chocolate sprinkles or crushed Oreos for decoration

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies.
  3. Combine the filling with Oreos.
  4. Spread the filling on a sheet of wax paper.
  5. Roll it up tightly.
  6. Chill the roll.
  7. Unwrap and decorate.
  8. Slice and serve.
