  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package 3 oz flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup sparkling water or flavored soda
  • 1/2 cup vodka or other spirits
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fruit slices or herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil water and dissolve gelatin.
  2. Add vodka and lemon juice.
  3. Incorporate sparkling water.
  4. Pour into shot glasses.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. Garnish and serve cold.
