  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces salami sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by combining cream cheese, chives, Dijon mustard, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Lay out the slices of salami on a clean surface.
  3. Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of salami.
  4. Roll each slice of salami tightly around the cream cheese.
