Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz whole wheat macaroni
  • 12 oz lean beef steak sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese provolone or mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
