Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the asparagus and trim the ends.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
- Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan.
