Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the asparagus and trim the ends.
  3. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
  4. Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Serve warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan.
