Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the asparagus by trimming the tough ends.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of bacon, starting from the bottom.
- Drizzle the wrapped asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the bacon-wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
