Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed olives green, black, kalamata
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the olives to the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the olives.
  4. Serve the marinated olives.
