  • 2 pounds fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the green beans by blanching them.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the mixing bowl and stir well.
  5. Transfer the green bean mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Top the casserole with crispy fried onions.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
