Method
- Prepare the baguette by slicing it horizontally.
- Spread a layer of brie on the bottom half of the baguette.
- Layer the prosciutto over the brie, covering it thoroughly.
- Add the arugula on top of the prosciutto.
- Drizzle honey over the arugula and season with black pepper.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the baguette and press down gently.
- Cut the sandwich into manageable portions for serving.
