Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 1 baguette 12 inches
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the baguette by slicing it horizontally.
  2. Spread a layer of brie on the bottom half of the baguette.
  3. Layer the prosciutto over the brie, covering it thoroughly.
  4. Add the arugula on top of the prosciutto.
  5. Drizzle honey over the arugula and season with black pepper.
  6. Close the sandwich with the top half of the baguette and press down gently.
  7. Cut the sandwich into manageable portions for serving.
