Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 10 oz of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 cup of ranch dressing
  • 8 oz of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • Fresh cilantro optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the base by mixing the cream cheese and ranch dressing together in a bowl.
  2. Drain the Rotel diced tomatoes and gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture, stirring thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Optional: Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
  6. Serve with your choice of chips, veggies, or bread.
