Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Method
 

  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Peel the eggs once cooled.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  4. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with paprika and serve.
