  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup gold sprinkles
  • 1 tub green frosting
  • Optional: chocolate coins

Method
 

  1. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Dip half of each Nutter Butter cookie into the melted candy.
  3. Sprinkle mini marshmallows onto the melted candy.
  4. Add gold sprinkles generously.
  5. Allow the cookies to set and harden completely.
  6. Decorate with green frosting, if desired.
  7. Serve with optional chocolate coins.
