Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Cool the eggs and peel them.
  3. Slice the eggs in half.
  4. Make the egg yolk filling.
  5. Divide the filling and color it.
  6. Fill the egg whites.
  7. Garnish and serve.
