Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet.
  3. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then stir everything to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
