Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lbs bone-in pork shoulder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare the pork roast
