Sear the salmon fillets, about 4-5 minutes per side, then remove them from the skillet.

Add rice, bell pepper, broccoli, and vegetable broth to the skillet; stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 15-18 minutes until rice is tender.
Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
