Gorgonozola and Pear Bliss on English Muffins

GORGONZOLA PEAR ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 English muffins split
  • 1 ripe pear thinly sliced
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Herbs such as thyme or rosemary, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the split English muffins on a baking tray, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of the muffins.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled Gorgonzola evenly over the muffins.
  5. Layer the thin pear slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs.
