Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced onions and sauté until softened.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese and sour cream until combined and smooth.
  5. Add in the cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Continue to cook on low for 5-7 minutes until heated through and the cheese has melted.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your choice of dippers.
