Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare the baking sheet.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate.
  3. Spread the chocolate on the prepared sheet.
  4. Cool the semi-sweet layer.
  5. Melt the white chocolate.
  6. Add peppermint extract.
  7. Spread the white chocolate.
  8. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  9. Allow to cool and set.
  10. Break into pieces.
