In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce at the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
Layer three lasagna noodles over the cranberry sauce, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture, and then more cranberry sauce on top.
Repeat this process, finishing with a layer of cranberry sauce on top of the last mascarpone layer.
Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, garnish with dark chocolate shavings for an elegant finish.
