Fold in the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs and chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
