Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Cooking spray as needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and egg.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Arrange the formed bites in the basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t touching.
  6. Cook the bites for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Check for doneness by ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Once cooked, remove the bites from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
