Ingredients
  

  • 10 large jalapenos
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare jalapenos by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half, filling generously.
  5. Place the filled poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
