Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare jalapenos by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half, filling generously.
Place the filled poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
