  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped herbs like chives or dill
  • 1 cup crushed crackers like Ritz or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cheeseball mix
  2. Form the cheeseballs
  3. Coat with crushed crackers
  4. Refrigerate
  5. Preheat the oven for the cheesecake
  6. Make the cheesecake batter
  7. Pour into the baking dish
  8. Bake the cheesecake
