While the tots are baking, prepare the toppings.
Remove the tots from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over them.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the cheesy tots.
Return the loaded tots to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Once the cheese is fully melted and slightly bubbly, remove the sheet from the oven.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with sour cream.
