Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, stirring until fragrant.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat, and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until combined and melted slightly.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles on a clean surface.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle of dough.
  7. Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go, to encase the mixture completely.
  8. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs warm!
