Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a small piece of brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Optionally, add chopped walnuts for extra crunch.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
