Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped (for coating)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  2. Add the finely chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture.
  3. Once everything is mixed evenly, shape the mixture into a football or oval form.
  4. Coat the entire surface of the cheese ball with finely chopped pecans.
  5. Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Chill the cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
  7. Serve with your choice of crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
